Silvia Henriquez, Co-director

An award-winning advocate, a savvy coalition leader and a respected authority in reproductive health and justice, Silvia Henriquez works relentlessly for those without a voice in society.

Silvia is the Co-Director of the All* Above All campaign, a multi-year effort with a public education campaign, a federal agenda, state advocacy efforts, and a cross-movement commitment to building a stronger base in support of abortion coverage. This coalition is comprised of over 100 national, state and regional partner organizations committed to restoring federal funding for abortion.

Prior to assuming the role of full-time Co-Director of All* Above All she was a principal at ConwayStrategic where she worked with numerous clients on a variety of reproductive justice issues.

Previously, Silvia led the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health for 8 years as its executive director. Under her leadership NLIRH developed a national policy agenda, a successful organizing and leadership training model, built state and national reproductive justice coalitions and elevated NLIRH to be the leading organization working to advance the reproductive health and rights of Latinas.

Silvia has worked with a variety of reproductive rights organizations including the National Abortion Federation and the Feminist Majority. She has been the chair of the Reproductive Health Technologies Project board and today is on the board of the General Service Foundation.

Silvia has been the recipient of the Ms. Foundation Woman of Vision award and most recently received the Lani Shaw Award in Pursuit of Courage and Compassion for Reproductive Justice.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and a Master’s degree in Women’s Studies from George Washington University. She lives in New York City with her husband and two children.

A respected strategist, communicator and thought-leader in reproductive justice, Destiny Lopez co-leads All*Above All’s efforts to restore and sustain insurance coverage for abortion.

Local governments, state legislatures, and Congress continue to make significant positive change toward ensuring that all people, no matter their income or type of insurance, have abortion coverage. Out on the streets, in City Hall and the halls of Congress, and in the press, Destiny and Silvia Henriquez elevate the efforts of young people and women of color working to lift the bans that deny abortion funding.

Destiny was previously a principal at the communications firm ConwayStrategic, where she led innovative campaigns for the Ms. Foundation, the COMS Project, and other clients, and led federal policy efforts for All* Above All. Prior to that, she served as director of Latino engagement for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where she led the organization’s efforts to engage Latinos in all aspects of its mission and work as patients, advocates, and supporters.  From 2006–2009, she served as the executive director of ACCESS Women’s Health Justice, a grassroots reproductive justice organization in Oakland, California. Destiny has also served as an account director at Fenton Communications and vice president of programs at NARAL Pro-Choice New York.  She is past chair of the Board of Directors of the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health and previously served on the boards of the California Coalition for Reproductive Freedom, Forward Together and Planned Parenthood South Atlantic.

Destiny was recently named to the 2016 cohort of Rockwood Leadership Institute’s Fellowship for Leaders in Reproductive Health, Rights, and Justice. She previously received the Outstanding Young Professional Award from the American Public Health Association and was honored by the National Women’s Health Network on its 30th anniversary.

She earned a Masters in Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

Jodie Lawton, Managing Director

An accomplished social impact strategist, relationship builder, and community enthusiast, Jodie is dedicated to creating a more equitable society and working alongside others who have historically not had a voice or seat at the table. As All* Above All’s Managing Director, she oversees internal operations, including finance, administration, and compliance as well as staff recruitment, retention, and development. She also works closely with our fiscal sponsor to ensure seamless integration of our internal operating system.

Jodie’s career has included positions in program development, project management, fundraising, community engagement, and strategic partnerships. She is also very active in her community. Currently, Jodie is a Board Member for the Greater Englewood Chamber of Commerce, Grantmaking Committee member for the Asian Giving Circle, Gold Award Scholarship Committee member for the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago & Northwest Indiana, and is a member of Chicago Women in Philanthropy (CWIP) and Step Up Women’s Network.

Jodie holds a bachelor’s degree in human development and social relations from Kalamazoo College and a master’s degree in social work from Washington University in St. Louis.

Ravina Daphtary, Director of State Strategies

Ravina Daphtary is the Director of State Strategies at All* Above All. She oversees the campaign’s State and Local Labs, sites that develop and launch innovative strategies for abortion coverage advocacy that include organizing, communications, and proactive policy advocacy. Prior to her time with the All* Above All campaign, Ravina helped advance reproductive rights, health, and justice in Arkansas and Mississippi, where she advocated against a number of threats to reproductive autonomy and organized youth in both states. She holds a B.S. in Economics from New York University and an M.A. in Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Kelsey Ryland, Senior Policy and Legislative Affairs Manager

Kelsey Ryland is Senior Policy and Legislative Affairs Manager for All* Above All.  Kelsey manages All*’s federal strategy and works closely with our champions on the Hill on both proactive and defensive legislation. Before joining the All* Above All team, Kelsey worked at URGE: Unite for Reproductive and Gender Equity, an All* Above All steering committee member. Kelsey graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law and received her B.A. in Sociology from Seattle University.


Morgan Hopkins, National Field Manager

As the National Field Manager, Morgan Hopkins creates synthesis between the state, federal, and field work of the All* Above All campaign. Previously, she worked as the Advocacy Associate at the National Network of Abortion Funds. Morgan has a B.A. with Honors in Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a Masters in Psychology with a certificate in Women’s Studies from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
Aimee Martinez, Digital Manager
Aimee Martinez is the Digital Manager at All* Above All. She manages the digital strategy across the campaign’s strategies. Previously, she worked as a Senior Digital Campaigner at Everytown for Gun Safety where she led the digital strategy for legislative campaigns on gun reform in the South and Northeast regions. Prior to that, she worked on digital campaigns on election reform, voting rights, and media and democracy issues for Common Cause. Aimee has a B.A. in Political Science from Macaulay Honors College at Baruch College and a Masters in Human Rights with a focus on Women’s Rights from Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.

Kelsey Woida, Development Associate

Kelsey Woida is the Development Associate at All* Above All. Previously, she worked at the Defender Association of Philadelphia as an advocate for people with serious mental illness who are incarcerated in the county jail system. She has worked with the ACLU of Pennsylvania as a fellow at the Clara Bell Duvall Reproductive Freedom Project. She is a volunteer abortion doula and grassroots fundraiser with Planned Parenthood and the National Network of Abortion Funds. Kelsey has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Women’s, Gender, & Sexuality Studies from Macalester College. She is committed to interrogating systems of power, dismantling white supremacy, and building a collective future that honors everyone’s bodily autonomy.
