Laura brings nearly 20 years of experience in nonprofit operations and finance, with a career grounded in building strong, people-centered systems.
Before joining the All* Above All team, she spent several years advancing environmental justice in Florida, where she played a vital role in the passage of the Water and Land Conservation Amendment in 2014. During that time, she also helped lead voter registration efforts that successfully registered more than 30,000 Floridians.
At All* Above All, Laura has been a driving force behind the organization’s seamless transition from fiscal sponsorship to full independence. Guided by the belief that systems should support people—not the other way around—she has thoughtfully built the operational backbone that strengthens and sustains All* Above All’s mission. A forward-thinking strategist, she is currently exploring ethical and responsible ways to integrate AI into the organization’s workflows while ensuring digital security.
Outside of work, Laura can be found experimenting with new recipes or hiking with her family. She loves film, fiction, art, and music, and believes deeply in the power of storytelling to heal, connect, and transform communities.
