Nourbese Flint

President
she/her

Nourbese is President of All* Above All and All* In Action Fund, leading All* Above All’s work to achieve abortion justice and build the political power of voters of color.  She previously served as Vice President of Strategy. 

Prior to coming to All* Above All, she was the Senior Director of Black Engagement at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where she worked on the strategic partnership to strengthen Planned Parenthood’s relationships within existing racial justice, reproductive justice, Black serving and civil rights organizations. 

Before coming east, Nourbese served as the founding Executive Director of Black Women for Wellness Action Project, the first Black women’s reproductive justice 501c4 organization in the country, and successfully led campaign efforts to get progressive candidates into office. She also served as policy director and led civic engagement efforts for Black Women for Wellness Action Project’s sister organization, Black Women for Wellness. 

Nourbese is a founding member of Trust Black Women, a national coalition dedicated to increasing respect and support of Black Women, and is one of the founding members of the Black Women’s Democratic Club. She has been featured inMSNBC, CalMatters, Newsweek, and more.  

Juana Rosa Cavero

Vice President of Programs

With over 15 years of experience in the reproductive justice movement, Juana Rosa has dedicated her career to advancing equity and freedom. Most recently, she served as Director of ReproCollab at the Caring for Colorado Foundation, where she designed and implemented an initiative that invested $10 million and leveraged an additional $9 million into Colorado’s reproductive equity ecosystem.

Her career spans national and global reproductive health, civil rights, and policy advocacy efforts. In California, she led the California Coalition for Reproductive Freedom, strengthening the capacity and visibility of more than 40 organizations in the state’s largest reproductive freedom alliance.

Juana Rosa brings a wealth of expertise, vision, and commitment to her new role at All* Above All, where she will continue to drive bold, transformative change in reproductive justice.

Shannon

Vice President of Organizational Sustainability

Shannon is an accomplished executive leader, strategist, and coach with deep experience advancing justice through organizational transformation. For more than two decades, she has worked alongside a wide spectrum of employers—including grassroots and start-up organizations, national and international nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies—helping them strengthen their people, practices, and leadership.

As the Founder and CEO of The Deamer Group, Shannon partners with organizations across the U.S. to design equitable hiring practices, build visionary leadership pipelines, and create workplaces where all people can thrive. She is a sought-after speaker and executive coach, bringing a justice-focused lens to human resources, leadership development, and organizational psychology.

Shannon is ABD in Business Psychology and is certified in staffing, executive search, and a range of personality assessments. With this blend of academic training and on-the-ground experience, she is recognized as a trusted advisor to movements, executives, and organizations committed to equity and systemic change.

Whether guiding national coalitions, supporting grassroots leaders, or advising corporate executives, Shannon’s career reflects a steadfast commitment to building workplaces and leadership rooted in justice, dignity, and inclusion.

Victoria Cepeida-Mojarro

Vice President of Movement Strategy

Victoria Cepeida-Mojarro is a seasoned social justice and electoral campaign strategist with over two decades of experience advancing immigrant rights, health access, racial equity, and reproductive justice. Most recently, she served as a liberatory philanthropic practitioner at Groundswell Action Fund, where she spent five transformative years supporting women of color-led reproductive justice organizations.

Victoria now proudly joins All* Above All as Vice President of Organizing & Mobilization, bringing a deep commitment to community-centered leadership and a track record of driving meaningful, systemic change. Her passion lies in designing bold, creative solutions that meet the real needs of communities—especially those pushed to the margins—and she brings an intuitive approach to problem-solving and movement building.

A native of Los Angeles and the daughter of Mexican immigrants, Victoria’s roots shape her lifelong dedication to equity and collective liberation. She is also a proud mother of three brilliant kids. In her free time, you’ll find her reading, vibing to house music, dancing at live concerts, or tending to her garden.

Victoria attended New York University and currently serves on the boards of Black Women for Wellness Action Project, the Alliance for Youth Action, and her daughters’ PTA.

Aurelie

Administrative Manager, Organizational Sustainability

Aurelie specializes in fostering collaborative, inclusive environments through thoughtful and proactive HR solutions.

With a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies, Aurelie has earned certificates in HR Analytics, DEI: Building a Diverse Workforce, and Employment Law. Before joining All* Above All, she served as an HR Partner specializing in Talent Acquisition, where she managed full-cycle recruitment, produced strategic HR reporting, and streamlined onboarding processes to enhance the employee experience.

Fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole, Aurelie has effectively supported both domestic and international teams. She leverages her experience in finance and HR to create efficient, transparent processes that support organizational growth and workforce needs. At All* Above All, she hopes to contribute to both operational excellence and strategic initiatives, ensuring the organization’s resources are aligned with its mission for equity and justice.

An early riser, Aurelie enjoys starting her mornings with energizing workouts—ranging from Bootcamp and weightlifting to Solidcore, HIIT, and long walks. A fun fact: she previously competed in show-jumping horseback riding competitions.

Bianca

Deputy Director of Movement & Politics
she/her

Bianca’s career is rooted in grassroots community organizing, where she worked alongside Asian American women and aunties in Georgia to train emerging leaders on power-building, reproductive justice, and multilingual voter outreach. She led teams of organizers and canvassers, designed a statewide GOTV program for the 2020 general and runoff elections, coordinated rapid-response efforts, and supported coalition work across the state.

At All*, Bianca brings people together around a shared purpose and collective action. She leads our community-building initiatives—including the Books and Brilliance book club—and guides our partnerships to deepen connection and impact.

A true Capricorn at heart, Bianca believes in working hard and playing just as hard. When she’s not building community, you’ll find her exploring the world—from cliff-jumping in Greece to hiking a volcano in Guatemala—always chasing her next adventure.

Cara Schumann

Director of Federal Strategies
she/her

Cara joins the All* team with extensive experience across federal policy, campaigns, and digital strategy. Her previous roles include Managing Director at BCom, a progressive political consulting firm; Digital Advisor to Senator Amy Klobuchar; Digital Director for Senator Doug Jones; and Senate Staffer for Senator Maggie Hassan.

Cara has led high-impact federal advocacy to advance and protect abortion access nationwide. She spearheaded the introduction of the EACH Act, securing record-breaking original cosponsorship in both the House and Senate, and led the fight to protect abortion access during efforts to expand the Affordable Care Act’s premium tax credits, ensuring reproductive health care remained accessible and affordable for millions. She believes in building durable federal abortion access through people-driven advocacy, coalition leadership, and strategic policy execution.

Cara holds a graduate degree from the University of North Carolina, where she conducted research on civic engagement and political identity. A native North Carolinian, she is a believer in a better South. Outside of work, she enjoys oil painting, reading, and cooking elaborate meals.

Daniel Mosher

Deputy Director of State Strategies

Daniel joins the All* team after serving as Chief of Staff to New York State Senator Brian Kavanagh where he ran the legislative and community affairs operation on behalf of over 320,000 constituents in Lower Manhattan. With Sen. Kavanagh’s office, he drafted and helped enact several pieces of progressive legislation, including the 2023 All-Electric Buildings Act, the first state law in the nation banning fossil fuels in new construction, as well as new laws in the areas of housing, gun violence prevention, environmental protection, and voting rights. Now with All*, Daniel aims to engage more people in their state and local governance as part of a broader long-term goal to expand local and state political participation.

In his spare time, Daniel loves to cook and share meals with friends and family. He’s a proud New Yorker and a long suffering New York sports fan. He enjoys golf and discussing ways to make the game more environmentally sustainable. Before his career in public service, his first job was in the film industry and mostly entailed driving a large van through Manhattan at rush hour.

Kaylan A. Tanner

Deputy Director of State Strategies

Kaylan has been in the Reproductive Justice movement since she was a student at Dillard University in 2018. Prior to joining All* Above All, she was the Manager of State Policy at In Our Own Voice: National Black Women’s Reproductive Justice Agenda where she worked to advance state policy priorities within state legislatures while strengthening partner relationships. She also has experience on the Hill as the Health Legislative Assistant to Congressman Troy Carter (LA-02). Kaylan was also featured in Seventeen Magazine as their 2020 Voices of the Year Honoree for reproductive rights activism.

Kaylan’s long-term ambition is to represent her home state of California as an elected official. In her free time, Kaylan enjoys HIIT workouts, pilates, and long morning runs. She also enjoys music festivals, concerts, and going to different cities in search of the best lemon-pepper hot wings

Lexi White

Director of State Strategies

Lexi White is an award-winning Reproductive Justice advocate and strategist who is passionate about policy and political culture change, civic engagement, reflective democracy and intersectional movement-building. For the past 10 years, Lexi has worked to advance policy, political and movement-building strategies at the intersections of racial and gender justice and health equity. Lexi has worked tirelessly to disrupt power dynamics that marginalize BIPOC leaders, organizations, and communities.

A resident of Alexandria, Virginia Lexi works as the Director of State Strategies with All* Above All/ All* In Action Fund in addition to serving as the Chair of the Alexandria Commission for Women. Lexi also serves on the Board of Directors with Meadow Reproductive Health and Wellness and on Q Street’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Committee for LGBTQ+ lobbyists and public policy advocates. Lexi holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Temple University and a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Lexi is also a proud member of Lambda Theta Alpha, Latin Sorority, Incorporated and a 2022 Rockwood Reproductive Health, Rights, and Justice Fellow.

Ryan

Director of People

Ryan is a people and culture architect who has built his career on transforming how organizations grow, support their people, and live their values. With more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit and education sectors, he has shaped career trajectories, redesigned talent systems, and strengthened organizations through pivotal moments of change.

His path began in nonprofit staffing, where his talent for recognizing potential and connecting candidates with mission-driven opportunities led to rapid advancement and a reputation for exceptional matching. Ryan went on to support hundreds of emerging professionals in higher education and career development roles, designing programs and partnerships that expanded access to meaningful work and helped job seekers navigate competitive markets with confidence. He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership with a focus in Human Resources from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Arts from DePaul University.

As Director of People at All* Above All, Ryan helped establish the organization’s People function during its transition to independence. He has guided the implementation of key systems, strengthened benefits and policies, and built equitable recruitment and culture practices that support a growing national team. His work focuses on creating clear, supportive structures that allow staff to thrive and sustain bold work for reproductive justice.

Outside of work, Ryan pole dances, which remains one of the most unexpected hobbies for someone in HR. He then returns home to Charli his dog and Fenty and Solange his cats, who specialize in reminding him that work-life balance is nonnegotiable, and to his husband, who ensures he actually listens.

Sophia

Associate Director of Development

Sophia brings more than 15 years of experience in organizational management and client relations, with a career rooted in building strong systems that support meaningful relationships and real-world impact. Her work has consistently centered client-facing operations, relationship management, and the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps complex efforts moving forward smoothly.

At All* Above All, Sophia plays a critical role in keeping the development engine running. She oversees grant timelines, proposals, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment across teams. In close partnership with finance and development staff, she supports relationship building and events behind the scenes, helping transform strategy into connection, and connection into sustained support. Sophia brings a deep appreciation for cultural engagement and narrative, understanding that how we show up, tell our stories, and build relationships directly shapes access and impact in the movement for reproductive justice.

Known for her belief that a great outfit and a great event both set the tone for connection, Sophia brings style, intention, and warmth to her work. Outside of the office, she is a proud mom of an emerging star and finds joy in planning moments that bring people together, whether at work, in community, or at home. She is deeply committed to advancing community access and reproductive justice in ways that feel human, inclusive, and grounded in everyday experiences.

Timeka

Executive Assistant to the President

In her most recent role before joining All*, Timeka served as Premium Finance Operations Manager at Confie/Freeway Insurance, a nationwide auto and home insurance provider, for more than 16 years. In this capacity, Timeka oversaw premium finance operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all processes. In addition, Timeka managed several teams, providing leadership and direction to streamline workflows, improve service delivery, and support Confie’s organizational goals

Now, working within the repro movement, Timeka seeks to use her background in operations management to strengthen the internal systems that allow teams to thrive. She is committed to building efficiency, structure, and care into the workplace so that All‘s President, VP, and staff can focus on advancing the mission of All.

Beyond the movement, Timeka aspires to develop as a strategic leader who bridges operations with mission-driven work, ensuring that organizations are not only effective but also sustainable and supportive for the people who carry the work forward.

Outside of work, Timeka enjoys spending quality time with her babies, her greatest source of joy. She loves cooking and experimenting with new recipes, traveling to experience different places and cultures, and winding down by binge-watching a good TV series.

Wildy Civil

Digital Communications Specialist

Wildy brings a dynamic blend of digital strategy, creative production, and cultural storytelling to All* Above All’s communications team. His work bridges storytelling with movement-building, from rapid-response design to accessible policy explainers, helping supporters understand not just what is happening, but why it matters.

Before joining the organization, Wildy led influencer-driven civic engagement campaigns in Georgia, including two #MyVoteMatters initiatives that boosted online participation and voter turnout among young voters in 2020 and 2021. He later worked at the award-winning ad agency, supporting national brands through creative strategy and digital campaigns, experience that continues to shape his approach to storytelling and audience engagement.

At All*, Wildy has helped shape the organization’s digital voice during a pivotal moment for abortion justice. He co-led the communications strategy for Black Maternal Health Week, producing one of All*’s most expansive and resonant digital campaigns. Through partnerships like the recent collaboration with lifestyle influencer Blair Imani, Wildy continues to build an engaged and culturally connected community, highlighting the role of creators and influencers in advancing reproductive freedom. His approach centers clarity, joy, and collective power— grounding urgent issues in shared humanity and collective action.

Outside of work, Wildy is a photographer, movie lover, fashion enthusiast, and occasional adrenaline seeker (snowboarding and rock climbing included). Fun fact: he once appeared in a music video with a very famous celebrity, and yes, he’ll tell you who if you ask nicely.

Fitzwilliam “Fitz” Darcy

Associate Director of Snuggles

As charming as his literary namesake, Fitz never takes a day off from being absolutely adorable. A key member of our strategy, Fitz brings pawsitive energy to the team with his impeccable vibes and has boosted morale 300% by simply existing.

A firm believer in collective care, bodily autonomy, and the radical idea that all snacks should be distributed equally, Fitz has been instrumental in campaigns centered around outdoor access and the transformative power of unconditional love. Despite his tendency to eat things he shouldn’t, Fitz is still certified as a Very Good Boy.

Outside of work, Fitz enjoys neighborhood reconnaissance, long naps on the beach, and continuing education in feline relations. He is motivated by a vision of a more just, more walkable, treat-forward world.
