Dakota Hall

Dakota Hall is a renowned national leader, organizer, and strategist with nearly a decade of experience in leading youth organizations and movements. With expertise in fundraising, organizational development, and campaign and organizing strategies, Dakota has made a significant impact on the landscape of youth civic engagement.

As the Executive Director of the Alliance for Youth Action and Alliance for Youth Organizing, Dakota oversees the largest grassroots youth organizing network in the United States.

A hallmark of Dakota’s career is his exceptional fundraising ability, having raised over $50 million to support various initiatives and organizations.


Chris Weber

Chris serves as the Assistant Dean of Business Transformation for the UCLA Anderson School of Management. In this role, Chris leads the implementation of the school’s strategic plan and related strategic projects on behalf of the Dean. He previously served as the Director of Career Advising and Corporate Outreach in the Parker Career Management Center at UCLA Anderson and joined UCLA staff as an Associate Director of Career Advising at Parker in November 2013.


Tia Walton

Tia Walton is a dedicated Internal Investigator with over 16 years of experience across multiple industries. Tia’s career journey began with the belief that all employees have the right to work in an environment free from injustices and conducive to employees having a supportive environment whereby they can perform their jobs to the best of their abilities. Tia currently serves as the Partner, Employee Relations Investigations at Netflix.

Tia’s passion for reproductive justice stems from her own experiences growing up in a conservative state with a large underserved population. Tia’s compassion for those in need drives her desire to work hard to ensure that injustices everywhere are addressed with proper healthcare.


Kevin W. Freeman

Kevin is a distinguished Care Experience Architect dedicated to transforming healthcare.With expertise in innovative program design, he excels in elevating patient and staff experiences through impactful initiatives. As a subject matter expert, Kevin meticulously analyzes patient satisfaction data and staff engagement surveys, pinpointing strengths, and areas for improvement with precision.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations and a master’s in Healthcare Administration, Kevin’s academic foundation strengthens his impactful contributions to healthcare.


Deon Haywood

For more than 25 years, Deon has worked as a human rights defender and advocate for Black women, working class and low-come women, and LGBTQ communities in the Deep South. As the Executive Director of Women With A Vision (WWAV) in New Orleans, she led the organization after Hurricane Katrina in successfully changing the “crime against nature” statute being used to criminalize street-based sex work, thereby securing the removal of more than 800 people from the Louisiana sex offender registry.

Through her relentless advocacy, she has grown WWAV into a leading voice on Black women and criminalization in the American South, advancing community-led policy solutions on the international and national stages and at home in Louisiana.
