“The state of the #AbortionJustice movement is strong.”
-Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley (MA-07)

Abortion justice can’t wait
People are experiencing the fallout of the Supreme Court’s decision in every state across the country. The harm will most certainly fall hardest on people who are already failed by our healthcare system, especially Black, Indigenous, and other people of color. Federal and state lawmakers must support legislation like the Abortion Justice Act.
We envision:
- Abortion care that is available without unnecessary hurdles or stigma for people of color working to make ends meet, young folks, immigrants, LGBTQ and gender non-binary people.
- Abortion care that is available in the communities where we live.
- Abortion care, especially medication abortion, that is provided in ways that make sense for people who need abortions
- Abortion care that is affordable, however much money you have.
